The following is detailed information about how to order from this site and our payment methods. Please remember to read terms and conditions during checkout.
How to order
To order products using this website, simply follow these steps:
- Click the button to the left corresponding to the type of product you wish to purchase.
- Find the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- For each product, select the options you require (if applicable), the quantity you require, then click the 'Order' button. A box will be shown (your 'Shopping Cart') containing the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- After you have finished your shopping, click on the 'View Cart' button to the left.
- At the View Cart page, make sure the cart contains the products you wish to order, then click on the 'Checkout' button.
- At the checkout page, make sure the product details are correct, fill in any information the page requires, and click the second checkout button.
- At the new page, fill in your details (such as address and so on), select a payment method, then click the proceed button.
- Depending on what payment option you have chosen, you will be taken to a new page where you may finish inputting your payment details.
Payment Methods
Pay via Secure Server
Payments can be made over the internet ustilising our 128bit secure server with the added security of PGP encryption software. For a detailed explanation of this please see the safe site section.
Pay Over the Phone
To place an order, please call us on +44 (0)1204 842830 and speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We accept all major credit cards. Please have your credit card details available.
Send a Fax
The shopping cart will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be printed out and faxed to us on +44 (0)1204 847073
By Post
Printed orders generated by the shopping cart can be sent with a cheque or postal order. Please post to the address below.
